Wounds.
Wounds is a 2 column Wordpress theme with 2 sidebars: 1 that shows when you are viewing the index and anything having to do with the main index page, and 1 that shows when you are viewing a single post.
The comments are threaded from the latest to the last on the side.
It uses a heavily modified CSS and scheme from 5thirtyone’s Foliage Mod theme.

- Download Wounds and un-zip it.
- Upload to your /wp-content/themes/ folder.
- Navigate to “Presentation” and then select it.
- Done.
- *Note: The .ttf file will not need to be uploaded to your themes folder; that is there for your image editing uses for the the title image (if you so desire.)
Lightbox
The lightbox javascript comes pre-installed and bundled with the package. To use the effect, your links should look like this:
. Not exactly like that, but you will need the rel=”lightbox” in your href portion of the link.
Plugins supported
No plugin code is included in the template files, so you will need to add the codes you need.
Questions
A few questions that you may have that I have decided to ask myself.
Q: Will my plugins break this theme?
A: Truthfully? I have no idea. Although they shouldn’t (at least the non-obtrusive ones like word count, similar posts, time since, etc.), there is still always the possibility of the breakage occurring. I designed this theme with the bare necessities needed to run a viewable blog; most plugins (at least 90%) either don’t add any functionality that is truly necessary or just don’t interest me. I like keeping things simple yet pleasing. Hopefully, I have achieved this.
Bugs
None yet… but the night’s young.
