Apartments Welcome Homeless Alcoholics
(no word yet on whether they take Alcoholics with homes).

I’m not really appalled so much as fucking dumb-founded. Even more so after reading:
“At the apartment building, residents pay less than $200 a month in rent and must buy their own alcohol.”
No! They have to buy their own alcohol! OMG! Why not open an affordable housing project for crack heads and let them pay $200 a month in rent and make them buy their own crack!
