The Signal stars AJ Bowen, Anessa Ramsey, Justin Welborn, Scott Pouthress, Sahr Cheri Christian and Chad McKnight in what could possibly be one of the best horror movies I’ve seen all year.
What starts out looking like a cheesy throwback to the 80s era B-movie turns into what could possibly be one of the most horrific events ever to take place in the history of mankind. A strange signal is being broadcast throughout the city of Terminus, turning people into irrational killing machines who murder each other for literally no reason at all.
Broken into several parts, it follows three main characters: the husband, the love interest, and the man she is having an affair with. One wants to keep her there and control her every move while the other just wants them to escape the city alive.
This movie will make you laugh, it will make you sick, and it will make you love horror movies. Don’t bother renting it – this is one you want to have in your collection to watch over and over again.
