Life and the ability to be VI
The world hates you. The world hates what you stand for, the thoughts that go through your mind, and the accomplishments on which you build a foundation for your dreams.
The world hates your need for individualization, and it hates your ability to differentiate yourself from your peers. In fact, the world hates your free-nature so much, it finds it necessary to blatantly overload your senses with every sort of advertisement known to man in the hopes that you will be un-necessary crap that you will never need, or never be able to afford.
It’s a known fact that you will always be jumping through hoops in life. These hoops will be set on fire, placed over a vat of flesh-eating Piranha, and lasers pointed at your crotch for a “just in case you try to escape” scenario.
But – there is a bright side. Because of the above, the world loves you. They love you for your ability to spend money. (Of course, if you’re poor and spend no money, then you are back to square one and they hate you again.)
Even when you’re dead, the world won’t stop hating you. (Until enough time has passed that nobody cares about you anymore.) The fact of the matter is simple: you are alive for one purpose: to spend money. Everything else is simply a pre-cursor to this act.
